Such a kind and sweet man. We called him "sweet Murray" He would call our home and I would answer and tell my Murray that "sweet Murray " was on the phone. We particularly enjoyed when he was with Jack and they would tell stories and laugh and now he is with him again.

Back in the 1960s I remember your family being in Malahide church every Sunday. It was good to see you and your dad at the reunion that was held a couple of years ago. So sorry to hear of Murray's passing. My Dad and I have known Murray for a number of years through collecting milk bottles and belonging to the Southwestern Ontario Antique Bottle Club. Charles, So sorry to hear of your Dad's passing. Both of your parents were so incredibly proud of you. Julia is fortunate to have been one of the "Leitch Street Kids" Murray was Grandpa too; he never failed to remember her at Christmas and on her Birthday and how many men can remember that sort of thing! Murray would sometimes talk of being raised by his Mom and how he had to go to work early...how he met Helen working on her dad's farm...about their first ride together in his "new" car....we had lots of laughs "lots". Our time as neighbours to Helen and Murray were one of the fondest memories we have from our days in Dutton and, for those memories we will always be grateful.
