Smith, Helen Patricia "Pat" of Avon passed away at Alexandra Hospital, Ingersoll on Thursday, January 19, 2017 in her 82nd year. Beloved wife of Don Smith. Dear mother of Doug Smith of Orillia and Tracey MacIntosh(Bob) of Avon. Loved by her grandchildren Kaylie Ngo(Matt) and Tyler MacIntosh(Arwen). Sister of Gene Corless(Sylvia) of Aylmer. Born in N. Dorchester Township on January 27, 1935, daughter of the late Grant and Ena (Clement) Corless. Pat was secretary at London Life. She was the organist at Avon-Putnam United Church and Harrietsville United Church. A private family interment service will be held in Delmer Cemetery.
