Armstrong, at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Tuesday, September 1, 2009. Douglas Floyd Armstrong of Aylmer in his 82nd year. Beloved husband of the late Simone (Coleman) Armstrong (2007). Dear father of Lee Armstrong and his wife Diane of Aylmer, Glinda Honsinger of St.Thomas, Giselle Beaton and husband Bill of St.Thomas. Loved by his grandchildren. Robbie, Trevor, Lisa and Darren. Born in Mindemoya Ontario on June 2, 1928 Doug worked at the Aylmer Express as a printing press operator for 31 years. He retired in 1990. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 pm where the funeral service will be held on Friday, September 4, 2009 at 1:00 pm. Cremation. Rev.
