Obituary of Jamie Kent

Kent, Jamie Lee John passed away at his residence in Port Stanley on Thursday, July 5, 2018 at the age of 44.  Dearly loved son of Lee and Kate Kent.  Loving brother of Robin Kent(Ingrid) and treasured Uncle to Kiersten, Owen, Maddison and Noah.  Jamie will also be dearly missed by his Aunt Deb and Uncle Peter Ungar, Peter Ungar(Lindsay) and Jackie Stockford(Mark). And sorely missed by Uncles Ron (Candy) Kent, Greg (Jan) Kent; Aunts Karen Dale, Brenda (Rudy) De Papp and families. Also missed by his Great Aunt Ev (Kent) Pineo and her family. Predeceased by his Uncle Murray Dale, and much loved Grammas, Papa and Great Grandmas. Born in Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital on July 22, 1973.  Jamie enjoyed being surrounded by his friends and family.  He especially was a doting Uncle.  He appreciated music, theatre and travel.  He went far and wide to see his favourite band, The Tragically Hip.  Jamie’s business passion was Green Energy and all things renewable.  He worked tirelessly in establishing many solar applications in the region and wind projects in the USA.  He was proud of his dual citizenship.  Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Monday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.  The funeral service will take place on Tuesday, July 10 at 11 a.m. at the funeral home chapel.  Cremation has taken place.
