Dear Betty, I wish to extend my deepest sympathies to you and your family for the loss of Raymond. He will be sadly missed in The Adult Day Program at Terrace Lodge. Even though I just recently joined the team in Adult Day, I really enjoyed my visits with Raymond. I told him several times that you were my favourite bus driver and that always made him smile!
