Posthumus, Ronald James of Aylmer passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 in his 59th year. He will be deeply missed by his beloved wife Marsha(Pressey) Posthumus. He was an amazing dad to Craig Posthumus(Jess), Kayla Hamm(Byron), Sherry Dunn(Mike), Amanda Dodman(Matt), Ryan Preszcator(Kerri) and Ashley Preszcator. Ron loved his grandchildren more than anything. He will be lovingly missed by Mikayla, Nicole, Carter, Hayden, Addison, Abigail, Tucker, Avalynn and Novalee. Predeceased by his baby girl Kurstin. He will be very much missed by his siblings Trisha, Rick(Maxine), Steve, and Wilma Smith(Pete), mother-in-law Elva Hansen, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and a number of nieces and nephews.  Born in Aylmer, Ontario on May 16, 1963, son of the late John and Margaret(Klooster) Posthumus. Ron grew up in Aylmer and he loved his community. He enjoyed talking to all the local farmers at FS Partners where he worked for over 10 years. Ron and Marsha recently returned from their long overdue honeymoon to the East Coast; they enjoyed every minute of it. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Sunday 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the Aylmer Christian Reformed Church on Monday, October 18, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. (Masks and self-distancing required). Interment, Aylmer Cemetery. Donations to the Lymphoma Society of Canada would be appreciated. Share memories or condolences at kebbelfuneralhome.com
