Glen Wilbur has fond memories of playing with Bill and Bob Muscle as young children running around Delhi getting into mischief and having great fun. The "Three Musketeers" used to go down to the local swimming hole in the summer to cool down. Bill was a great life long friend and will be dearly missed.

Ferne, Kelly, & Scott. I'm so sad to hear about the passing of Bill. I wouldn't trade growing up beside you guys for the world. When I think of Bill and celebrate his life, there are just so many memories - so many laughs! We shared some great times.
