Obituary of Maria Andres

Andres, Maria of Eden passed away at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Tuesday, January 16, 2024 in her 74th year. Beloved wife of Jacob Andres. Devoted mom of Mary Giesbrecht(Hans), Tina Shaw(Paul) and John Andres(Amy). Loving grandmother of Clarissa, Tyler(Nellie), Jayden, Matthew, Grace and Luke. Sister of Anna Redecop, Dave Bergen(Margaret), Katharina Hiebert(Abe), Justina Bergen, Marg Moore(Brian) and Henry Bergen. Predeceased by brothers John, Franz, Peter and Abram and sister Helena. Born in Durango, Mexico on June 8, 1950, daughter of the late Franz and Katharina(Martens) Bergen. Maria and Jacob lived at the Red Oaks trailer park for over 23 years.

Visitation will be held at the H.A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Friday from 5-8:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the Mount Salem Community Church(6576 Springfield Road, Aylmer N5H2R5) on Saturday, January 20, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. Interment, Aylmer Cemetery.  Share memories or condolences at kebbelfuneralhome.com
