Zabudsky, Phyllis Elizabeth (nee Scott) surrounded by family, went to be with Jesus, her Lord and Saviour from St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Thursday, February 15, 2024, in her 82^nd year. A loving and devoted wife of 54 years to Paul Zabudsky. Dear mother of Marc (Kristine) of Courtice and Aaron (Hanni) of Orillia. Loving grandmother of Riley and Holden. Much loved sister of Sharon (Neilson) Brooking, Marilyn (Tom) Delaney, and Carol (Brian) Bartlett. Sister-in-law of Laura Hume, and Alice Zabudsky; brothers-in-law, David Zabudsky and Bill Dzikewich. She will be greatly missed by her many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was born in Oshawa, ON, daughter of the late George and Vivian (Dawe) Scott.  Phyllis graduated from Orillia Soldiers Memorial Hospital in 1968 as a Registered Nurse. She worked at Oshawa General and Ottawa Civic Hospitals and was a manager for the Canadian Red Cross Blood Services. Phyllis will be remembered as a devoted follower of Christ which was evident to all who knew her.  She was hospitable, fun-loving, caring, and generous. Her desire for everyone she met was to know Jesus.  She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

The funeral service will be held at Springfield Baptist Church, 12471 Whittaker Rd, Springfield, ON on Friday, February 23, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. with visitation one hour prior. Private family interment, Strathroy Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to Springfield Baptist Church or St. Thomas-Elgin General Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
