Obituary of Ivan Healy

Healy, Ivan passed away peacefully with his family by his side after a long battle with cancer at Bluewater Health in Sarnia on March 1, 2024. Predeceased by the love of his life, his wife Barbara Healy(2021). Survived by his daughter Toni Sheils(Randy) and son Terry Healy(Candis). Dear Poppa to Tyler, Robert(Kayleigh), Kelsie and Owen and his mom Michelle. Great-Poppa to Tyson and Raya. Brother of Bernice(Russel), Marjorie, Pat(Judy), Cindy(Scott), Joanne(Craig), Duncan and Carolyn(Rick). Brother-in-law to Carol, Betty, Doug(Kay), Ken, Brenda(Wayne), Jo-Ann(Allan), James and Sol.

Predeceased by his parents Kenneth and Dorthy Healy and step-father Bob Falkner and mother-in-law Collen Thorpe. Also predeceased by siblings and in-laws Ronald, Lillian(Leroy), Shirley(Don), Robert and Patricia.

Ivan worked many years welding and truck driving. He enjoyed traveling, classic cars and collecting junk. He was born on June 16, 1949 and resided in Dorchester, Belmont and West Lorne.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 6, 2024 from 2-4:00 p.m. at the Aylmer Legion. Donations to the Cancer Society or Diabetes Association would be appreciated. Share memories or condolences at kebbelfuneralhome.com
