Obituary of Ted Sym

Sym, Theodoor “Ted” of Aylmer passed away at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Monday, March 04, 2024 in his 71^st year. Beloved husband of Janet(Huller) Sym. Dear father of Julie Sym-Wilson of Aurora and Jeff Sym(Stephanie) of Simcoe. Loving grandfather of Justin, Ella and Sophie. Brother of Nick(Janice) and Theresa and brother-in-law of Nancy. He will be missed by a number of nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers George and Mike. Born in Stratford, Ontario on July 24, 1953, son of the late Nicholas and Joanne(Huisman) Sym. Ted drove transport truck for many years. Visitation will be held at the H.A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Wednesday from 2-4:00 p.m. and 6-8:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, March 7, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
