Oh what a special woman, friend, and next door neighbour Lorna was to us. She spoke so full of love of each of her family. We connected too through her compassionate heart for the animals, especially I think cats, but how she loved our dog, Kirby, too. Kirby would sit right beside the railing on the deck every day watching next door for Lorna. Lorna would come out and walk across the yard just to give him a little treat, pat him, and have a visit with Kirby through the railing. We later had a puppy too when Lorna lived next-door. Lorna loved to cuddle her and we shared many happy stories while she was petting and stroking the pup. Lorna enjoyed Linda feeding the birds because she could watch so many kinds of birds at the feeder. Lorna brought bird feed to Linda sometimes too just to say thank you for feeding the birds near her window. She loved that.
Lorna had moved away and in the last few years we were apart yet she always remained close in our memories and always in our hearts. We share with you, her beautiful family, our deepest condolences, our sympathies and prayers for comfort and peace. Always remembered, Linda & Tom Charlton

Greg, Suzanne and Samantha,
Our very sincere condolences on the passing of Lorna. She had a great sense of humour and personality.
Always quick with the one-liners. Lorna was my sister-in-law but also my good friend. Both families have so many
great memories of the cottage over the years with good "Friends" and the trips to Florida during spring break.
Lorna, John and family will be missed. We think of you often.
Rest in peace Lorna.
Love Betty, Mark, Cynthia & Family and Michele, Gary & Family

Dear Cousin Greg and family
Sending you many loving condolences to you all for the loss of your beautiful Mother. Our Aunt Lorna was such a lovely soul with such a big heart ❤️ we will all miss her dearly ❤️ I have very recent fond memories visiting her at the nursing homes she was in once we moved to St Thomas in 2022 and once I knew where she was I was often there to visit and cheer her up and always trying to make her smile. Loved hearing stories about her and our late mother Mary Catherine Healy Madaras when they were dear friends at age 14 going to same school and worked together at Commercial Credit and also introducing Aunt Lorna to our handsome Uncle John (Mary's brother) My early memories are going to visit in London and later in Aylmer when we would drove through to stop in she always had a big lunch spread ready for my family & just so very kind and always a warm welcomes to us. We have wonderful memories of coming to our wedding and being around her great neices and nephews. Always a delight to spend time together ❤️ rest in eternal peace our dearest beautiful Aunt Lorna please give our love to the Healy family and find your peace at last ❤️

Greg, Suzanne and Samantha,
So sorry to hear about the loss of your mom/grandma.
I have many warm memories of your mom, Greg, when I was young at your house in Markham and our fun Christmases spent altogether at Nana and Grampa Dow’s house.
Your mom was always my ‘cool aunt’ with a great sense of humour and we shared a love of cats.
Thinking of you all at this difficult time.❤️
Love Nancy(Saundercook) and family

Greg,
Very sorry to hear about you mother. My Aunt Donna has many good memories to share about them growing up together and going to Maurice Cody School. Amazing to think they stayed friends and kept in touch for almost 80 years. Aunt Lorna sent me lovely messages and gifts when my daughters, Carya and Finola were born, which was very kind. My thoughts are with you and your family.

Greg and family, I am so sorry to hear about your mother’s passing. She was such a warm, friendly wonderful lady, I’ve truly missed her as a neighbour. We had a lot of laughs together, such a great sense of humour. I’ve loved that she referred to herself as Grandma Lorna to my oldest grandson and would give him little gifts and he knew to expect it.
Both your Mom and Dad were such wonderful neighbours and it has never been the same since they left. Your Mom will always be a special person in my life.
