Obituary of Bob Ker

Ker, Robert James "Bob" of Aylmer passed away at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Friday, December 6, 2013 in his 61st year. Beloved husband of Cathy (Jukes) Ker. Loving father of Tony Minor(Lynsey) of Grimsby, Michelle Bowerman of St. Thomas and Kevin Ker(Kim) of Oakville and proud grandfather of Reed, Eric, Reese and Brooke. Dear son of Mary (Prong) Mossey(the late Don) and Archie Ker(Anne). Brother of Barry Ker(Debra), Tom Ker, Jill Underhill(Lewy). Also survived by a number of nieces and nephews. Bob worked at the Aylmer Valumart and IGA for 45 years where he had a great connection with his customers. He was an avid hunter, fisherman and sportsman. Bob was a longstanding member of the Aylmer Optimist Club and the Eaglelake Hunt Camp. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Monday, December 9, 2013 at 11:00 am. Cremation will follow.
